The large gourmet kitchen and dining area offer every modern convenience of home while allowing you plenty of space to create your own fanciful meals or to experience a traditional lobster meal. The main living area is very comfortable with new furnishings and a complete entertainment system for some down time or a rainy night. The main floor also offers a furnished covered porch, a powder room and full laundry facilities. A popular tradition is morning tea or coffee on the porch - such a peaceful setting to wake up to.

After you are spent from a long day’s activity, it will be time to climb the stairs to one of the three inviting bedrooms complete with either a feather or foam mattress and a homemade quilt. In regards to your comfort, nothing has been overlooked. If you wish, cozy up in the library nook for a relaxing read before bedtime. The large bathroom provides two sinks, double mirrored cabinets, a deep jetted bathtub and separate shower. For those who are a little more free-spirited, there is a hot and cold running shower just outside the manor’s back door. A great option to cleaning up from a day at the beach.

The manor property is graced with many fruit trees and fruit bushes. Maybe you'd like to pick some berries for your morning cereal. We have also provided a BBQ, fire-pit and volleyball net for your recreational use. So please…enjoy your stay!
